My desire is to help ordinary, everyday kind of people to make the most of their wedding day. Liliana Fae Events was created from the childhood realms of fairy tales, happy endings and dreams.

I prefer the term ‘Personal Wedding Assistant’. I am your assistant, I’m working alongside and for you. Not your manager, not just the coordinator, I strive to be far more than that to you and to your guests. Hiring someone to help with Wedding Day co-ordination is a little different from hiring an all out Wedding Planner . For some, the planning is so personal and fun that they might want to create their day exactly as they want and need some help with the logistics of it all, or some want to hand over all the reigns to a planner entirely. My role as your personal wedding assistant is to be flexible, meet the needs of each couple, fill in the gaps where needed, helping guests and ensuring the smooth running just the way you want it .

People can have the vision but it so often becomes too overwhelming with everything else going on that in the end – somethings might get put on back burners. You can do anything you dream of, but you simply cannot do everything all by yourself, all of the time. Its perfectly acceptable to ask for help and also to decline help that, might not be.. well, helpful..from well meaning family and friends. Sometimes this can cause unnecessary and unwanted friction and tension before, during and after your big day.

What if I told you that this doesn’t have to be the case?

Plan it your way, tell me what you are having and why- talk to me about yourselves, your families, concerns and excitement.

I am a great multi- tasker and a creative problem solver with good attention to detail, high standard of professionalism and impeccable customer service. Why hire me? Because you want your day to run smoothly or perhaps to give you a helping hand with those last minute DIY things at the final hurdle, help setting up, or finding a last minute replacement supplier. I will even safely escort those tipsy grandparents to their hotel room door when they’re done with the merriment if needed!

On the day your suppliers need letting into the venue, having someone present to ensure that the photographer has an extra person to help them getting those perfect memories for you. Or needing someone to collect the Flowers, the bridesmaids forgotten shoes, sort out a directions misunderstanding, find the best man who has a habit of falling asleep at the nearest bar… Let me take that stress away- its what I’m here for.

An initial consultation (also known as a coffee and a chat) can help me to see where it is that you might need help. By finding the right help for you from a couple of hours on the day to a 3 /4 day stint of helping to pull everything together and co-ordinate the different aspects accordingly. It’s like that saying – ” its better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it” – Lets take a look at your thoughts?
